Beacon Foundation (Beacon) is focused on supporting young people to successfully transition from education to meaningful employment. We do this by bringing together businesses, industry, schools, and the wider community to deliver real-life programs and experiences that increase career readiness and confidence for students. Beacon’s programs provide opportunities for students to connect with business and industry volunteers to help prepare them for the future world of work.
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and adaptive dynamo to support the design and delivery of Beacon’s programs across Northern Tasmania.
This role will deliver programs, contribute to the content development and deliver training and support, as appropriate, to other facilitators across the suite of Beacon programs. This role actively contributes to the review and design of Beacon’s current and new programs, incorporating operational and practical knowledge.
