Process

1. Fill out an application online via creating an ACT Digital Account.

Helpful Hints

In the ‘Application’ section
‘I will be in contact with children’
SELECT ‘Yes’
‘I will be in contact with vulnerable adults’
SELECT ‘No’

2. Visit an Access Canberra Service Centre within 30 days of submitting an online form. Bring the 4 identity documents you selected in the online form. These can be originals or true certified copies.

3. Check your application status if required.

4. Email your full name, date of birth and WWVP registration number to Beacon at wwcc@beaconfoundation.org.au. There is no need to send through a copy of your card or application confirmation email.
