Process

1. Apply for a Working with Children Check via the Service Victoria (SV) website. 

Helpful Hints

STEP 5
In ‘Type of Work’ under ‘Education learning’ SELECT
Coaching or private tuition services of any kind, especially for children
AND
State schools (all primary, secondary, technical and special state schools)

In ‘Organisation details’ under ‘Organisation name’

2. Unable to verify documents online?
If you are unable to verify your identity online, you may need to visit a Service Victoria branch or apply via Australia Post. Refer to the following link for more information.

3. Email your WWCC number and last name to Beacon at wwcc@beaconfoundation.org.au. There is no need to send through a copy of your card or application confirmation email.
